新农科背景下生产实习课程教学创新改革探索

摘　　要：近年来,随着国家对农业科技发展及高技能应用型人才需求的不断上升,烟草专业生产实习课程的教学改革显得尤为重要。这不仅为培养创新型农林专业人才提供新思路,也为满足行业对高素质人才的需求提供有效途径。该课程在教材内容、教育技术和手段、实践教学模式等多方面进行深入的改革尝试。通过全方位、系统性的改革举措,旨在提升学生在作物生产和病虫害管理方面的实际操作能力和专业素养。这不仅有助于高等教育更好地适应新形势和社会发展对农学专业人才的需求,同时为他们的职业生涯打下稳固的基石。经过多年地教学改革和探索,该课程既拓宽师资和学生的实习内容,此举进一步提升学生发现与解决问题的能力,实现生产实习的教育价值。In recent years,with the country's increasing demand for agricultural science and technology development and high-skilled applied talents,the teaching reform of the"Production Practice"course for tobacco majors has become particularly important.This not only provides new ideas for cultivating innovative agricultural and forestry professionals,but also provides an effective way to meet the industry's demand for high-quality talents.This course has undergone in-depth reform attempts in many aspects such as textbook content,educational techniques and methods,and practical teaching models.Through comprehensive and systematic reform measures,it aims to improve students'practical ability and professionalism in crop production and pest management.This not only helps higher education better adapt to the new situation and social development's needs for agronomy professionals,but also lays a solid foundation for their careers.After years of teaching reform and exploration,this course has not only broadened the internship content of teachers and students,which has further improved students'ability to discover and solve problems and realized the educational value of production internships.
