文化振兴赋能乡村振兴:内生机理、现实困境与实现路径

摘　　要：乡村振兴是多维度的振兴。文化是乡村发展的灵魂和内在动力,通过文化振兴,可以为乡村振兴提供内生动力。乡村文化振兴不仅关乎经济产业的转型升级,还直接影响到乡村居民的综合素质、精神面貌与乡村生态环境。当前,乡村地区面临文化建设主体缺失、文化产业化程度不高和文化供给“空心化”等问题,亟需通过加强文化人才培育、创新文化传播方式、传承保护文化根基、推动文化产业化发展等路径,重塑乡村文化生态,增强文化软实力。因此,加快乡村文化振兴,是全面推进美丽乡村建设、深化农村改革、提升乡风文明的重要抓手,也是促进城乡融合发展、实现共同富裕的必然要求。Rural revitalization is a multi-dimensional revitalization.Culture is the soul and intrinsic driving force of rural development.Through cultural revitalization,it can provide endogenous driving force for rural revitalization.The revitalization of rural culture is not only related to the transformation and upgrading of economic industries,but also directly affects the overall quality,spiritual outlook and rural ecological environment of rural residents.At present,rural areas are facing problems such as the lack of cultural construction subjects,the low degree of cultural industrialization,and the"hollowing out"of cultural supply.There is an urgent need to strengthen the cultivation of cultural talents,innovate cultural communication methods,inherit and protect cultural foundations,and promote the development of cultural industrialization,so as to reshape rural cultural ecology and enhance cultural soft power.Therefore,accelerating the revitalization of rural culture is an important starting point for comprehensively promoting the construction of beautiful countryside,deepening rural reform,and improving rural customs and civilization.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and achieving common prosperity.
