羰基铁与乙炔炭黑涂敷型涤纶基吸波材料的制备与性能分析

摘  要:本文以PU胶为黏着剂,DMF为溶剂,涤纶布为基布,制成吸波材料。黏着剂和溶剂分别与羰基铁、乙炔炭黑进行混合,制成不同浓度的涂料,涂敷在涤纶基布上。研究表明,以羰基铁为底层、乙炔炭黑为表层的双层吸波材料表现出更加优异的吸波性能。单层试样中,吸波性能最优的是40%羰基铁涂层吸波材料,在18GHz处反射率值达-2.8d B。双层试样中,以40%羰基铁为底层、1.5%乙炔炭黑为表层的吸波材料,在18GHz处反射率可达-18dB左右。In this paper,PU adhesive was used as adhesive,DMF as solvent and polyester cloth as base cloth,to make the absorbing material.The adhesive and solvent were mixed with carbonyl iron and acetylene black respectively to prepare different concentrations of coatings coated on polyester cloth.The results show that the double-layer absorbing material with carbonyl iron as the bottom layer and acetylene carbon black as the surface layer shows more excellent absorbing properties.Among the single layer samples,40%carbonyl iron absorbing material has the best absorbing property,the reflectance value reaches-2.8d B at 18GHz.Among the double-layer samples,the absorbing material made of 40%carbonyl iron as the bottom layer,1.5%acetylene carbon black as the surface layer,the reflectivity can reach about-18d B at 18GHz.
