摘　　要：学术引领不可凭空想象,而是有着深刻的产业与时代背景。中国工艺美术学会第五届理事会历经四年,从产业引领的视角,围绕着“转型”这个主题,仅就学术主张回答三个问题:这四年在学术引领上探索了什么,为什么要探索,怎么实现探索。Academic leadership demonstrates the profound industrial and historical background rather than be imagined without foundation.From the perspective of industrial leadership,the Fifth Council of China National Arts&Crafts Society takes four years answer three questions on academic propositions under the theme of“transformation”,i.e.,content,reason and way of practical exploration for academic leadership in the past four years.
