煤化工产业新周期特点及高质量发展策略

摘　　要：我国煤化工在产业体系、技术装备和运行水平等方面成果显著,发展态势良好。目前,煤化工产业新周期面临新挑战,煤炭开发转化消费呈新变量,能源化工产品市场面临阶段性过剩与供给安全风险并存的新局面,碳达峰碳中和对煤化工产业提出新的约束和要求。新周期中,煤化工产业要兼顾高质量发展和高水平安全,产业发展既要解决当前煤炭利用及油气补充问题,又要着眼于构建零碳化工产业未来。为此,需持续优化产业增量与项目布局,加强创新技术的研发应用,推动绿色低碳转型,促进产品向高端化、多元化发展。The industry system,technology,equipment and operation level of China's coal chemical industry performs well.So far,new challenge emerges during the new period,as well as the exploitation,transformation and consumption structure of coal changes.The energy chemical products face the situation of both periodical excess and supply safety risks.Carbon peaking and neutrality also makes requests for coal chemical industry.In the new period,based on the foundation of both high-quality development and highlevel safety,the problem in coal resource utilization and supplement of oil and gas would be solved.The construction of zero carbon chemical industry would also be concerned.Therefore,the dispersion optimization,technology strengthen and greenization reformation are considered as the significant route for production upgrade and diversification development.
