摘 要:镍基合金数据难加工的材料,普刊的切削难以满足机加工的要求。采用超声辅助高速切削的方式可以有效缓解切削过程中内部的残余应力,但会受到切削的影响较大。因此开展超声辅助高速切削深度对镍基合金切削参数的影响分析。研究结果表明:受到刀具推进影响形成大量被挤压的原子,众多原子经历晶格重构的过程,累积形成大量切屑。随着切削深度的增加,划痕宽度差异逐渐减小,切削力显著增大,摩擦系数下降,工件整体平均温度会升高,系统势能升高。该研究有助于提高镍基合金的切削机理的认知,为后续的试验开展奠定一定的理论基础。Nickel-based alloy data is difficult to process materials,the general cutting is difficult to meet the requirements of machining.The use of ultrasonic assisted high-speed cutting can effectively alleviate the internal residual stress in the cutting process,but it will be greatly affected by cutting.Therefore,the influence of ultrasound-assisted high-speed cutting depth on the cutting parameters of nickel-based alloys is analyzed in this paper.The results show that a large number of extruded atoms are formed under the influence of the tool propulsion,and many atoms undergo the process of lattice reconstruction,and a large number of chips are accumulated.With the increase of cutting depth,the difference of scratch width decreases gradually,the cutting force increases significantly,the friction coefficient decreases,the overall average temperature of the workpiece increases,and the system potential energy increases.This study is helpful to improve the understanding of the cutting mechanism of nickel-based alloys and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent experiments.
