摘 要:针对传统的泥石分离难度大及效率低的问题,提出一款新型泥石分离机,结合实际环境,确定该机采用独立驱动式滚轴筛选方案。由于机器受的冲击比较大,且长期处于恶劣工况下,对于机器的核心部件提出了更高的要求,滚轴的强度直接关系到整机的安全运行。因此,根据实际受力状态对滚轴进行最大承重校核分析,以确保其结构强度满足要求,支持机器稳定运行。Aiming at the traditional mud and stone separation difficulty and low efficiency,a new type of mud and stone separator is proposed,combined with the actual environment,it is determined that the machine adopts the independent drive roller screening programme.Because the machine is subjected to large impact,and long-term in poor working conditions,the core components of the machine put forward higher requirements,the strength of the roller is directly related to the safe operation of the machine.Therefore,according to the actual force state of the roller for the maximum load bearing analysis,to ensure that its structural strength to meet the requirements to support the stable operation of the machine.
