摘 要:为了深入理解高速铁路双列圆锥滚子轴承的载荷分布特征,以型号为352226×2的双列圆锥滚子轴承为例,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对其进行了详细的仿真分析。构建了该轴承的精确仿真模型,并对其结构应力和变形情况进行了系统分析。分析发现,在未受载荷作用时,滚子与套圈滚道之间的接触形式呈现为线接触。在施加边界条件和载荷后的分析结果显示,轴承最大接触应力达到825.2 MPa。疲劳寿命分析揭示了轴承的疲劳寿命分布情况,其中最小循环次数出现在最下端为1.75×10~9次。In order to deeply understand the load distribution characteristics of double-row tapered roller bearings for high-speed railways,this study takes the double-row tapered roller bearing of model 352226 x2 as an example,and carries out a detailed simulation analysis of it by using ANSYS finite element simulation software.The accurate simulation model of this bearing was firstly constructed,and its structural stress and deformation were systematically analysed.The analysis found that the contact form between the roller and the raceway of the collar presents a line contact when no load is applied.The analysis results after applying boundary conditions and loads show that the maximum contact stress of the bearing reaches 825.2 MPa.Further fatigue life analysis reveals the fatigue life distribution of the bearing,in which the minimum number of cycles occurs at the lowermost end with a magnitude of 1.75 E9 cycles.
