摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿提升机机械制动器力学性能特征,结合某煤矿科技企业自主研发的煤矿提升机电机械制动器,通过刚柔耦合分析方法,对该电机械制动器的动力学性能进行较为全面的分析。结果显示,该电机械制动器在紧急制动和系统过热的不利工况下仍然有着较高的制动性能,符合《煤矿安全规程(2023版)》的相关要求,表明本次电机械制动器结构设计整体较为可行,预计该电机械制动器在今后的煤矿提升机研发设计与制造环节也将具有潜在应用价值。In order to further explore the mechanical performance characteristics of the mechanical brake of coal mine hoist,this paper combined with the mechanical brake of coal mine hoist independently developed by a coal mine science and technology enterprise,through the rigid-flexible coupling analysis method,the dynamic performance of the electromechanical brake is more comprehensive analysis.The results show that the electromechanical brake still has high braking performance under the adverse conditions of emergency braking and system overheating,which meets the relevant requirements of the Coal mine Safety Regulations(2023 edition),indicating that the overall design of the electromechanical brake structure is feasible.It is expected that the electromechanical brake will also have potential application value in the future development,design and manufacturing of coal mine elevators.
