摘  要:为了适应工况变化对故障检测带来的影响,提出多变运行工况下永磁电机故障状态自动检测研究。构建了包含磁链方程、电压方程和转矩方程的PMSM数学模型,以描述永磁电机的电磁和机械特性,在检测阶段,采用扩展Park矢量法将一维电流信号向二维图像表征形式,并获取非零分量在dq坐标系中的投影,利用零序电流的特性与故障相别及故障之间的关系,实现对故障状态的检测。在测试结果中,对于不同故障状态并未出现漏检情况。In order to adapt to the influence of changing working conditions on fault detection,a study on automatic fault detection of permanent magnet motor under variable operating conditions is proposed.A PMSM mathematical model containing the magnetic chain equation,voltage equation and torque equation is constructed to describe the electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics of the permanent magnet motor.In the detection stage,the extended Park vector method is used to transform the one-dimensional current signal to the form of a two-dimensional image representation and to obtain the projection of the non-zero component in the dq coordinate system,so as to realise the detection of the fault state by using the characteristics of the zero-sequence current in relation to the fault phase and the faults.In the test results,for the different faults,the zero-sequence currents are projected in the dq coordinate system.In the test results,there is no leakage detection for different fault states.
