摘  要:二极电源插头种类多,内部结构一般包含基体内壳、左、右电极脚、小内壳、外壳,且结构之间多采用单工序设备进行装配。设计了一种二极电源插头自动装配设备,包括大底板、转盘装置、基体内壳上料机构、左电极脚上料机构、小内壳上料机构和外壳装配机构等机构,通过振动盘及转动盘能对基体内壳、左右电极脚、小内壳以及外壳进行全自动上料,整个装配过程全自动化,能极大地提高生产效率,满足市场需求,同时,设备装配能保证装配质量的稳定性。Bipolar power plugs are diverse in types,with their internal structures generally comprising a base inner shell,left and right electrode pins,a small inner shell,and an outer shell.The assembly of these components often relies on single-process equipment.In this paper,we design a fully automatic assembly equipment for bipolar power plugs,which encompasses components such as a large base plate,a turntable device,a base inner shell feeding mechanism,a left electrode pin feeding mechanism,a small inner shell feeding mechanism,and an outer shell assembly mechanism.Through the utilization of vibratory feeders and rotating disks,the equipment can automatically feed the base inner shell,left and right electrode pins,small inner shell,and outer shell.The entire assembly process is fully automated,significantly enhancing production efficiency and meeting market demands.Furthermore,the equipment ensures the stability of assembly quality.
