摘　　要：为解决传统废滤棒毁形压块处理时依靠人工搬运、解包及投料效率低下和操作人员站在高处作业存在安全隐患等问题,设计了一种废滤棒毁形机投料、解包装置。该装置主要由龙门支架、移动电机、提升电机、解包电机以及限位开关、报警灯等组成。其中,移动电机和提升电机实现废料袋的提升与前后移动,解包电机的抽拉作业实现废料袋的自动解包操作,限位开关的安装避免了由于移动电机移动到前后极限位置及废料袋提升高度超限导致废料袋的掉落带来的人身及设备安全隐患。应用结果表明,该装置的使用将传统需要2~3人的搬运废料袋的工作模式改为自动化提料、送料和喂料,该项工作仅需1人便可完成,且废料依靠自身重力喂料,将操作工处理单包废料时间由20 min低为3 min,显著地降低了操作工的工作量,提升了投料效率。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual handling,unpacking and feeding during the traditional waste filter rod destructing and briquetting process,and the safety hazards of the operators standing at the high place of work,a feeding and unpacking device of waste filter rod destructing machine is designed.The device mainly consists of gantry bracket,mobile motor,lifting motor,unpacking motor,limit switch,alarm light and so on.Among them,the mobile motor and lifting motor realise the lifting and forward and backward movement of the waste bag,the pulling operation of the unpacking motor realises the automatic unpacking operation of the waste bag,and the installation of the limit switch avoids the hidden danger of personal and equipment safety due to the falling of the waste bag caused by the moving of the mobile motor to the forward and backward limit position and the lifting height of the waste bag exceeding the limit.Application results show that the use of the device will require 2 to 3 people to handle the traditional waste bag work mode into automated lifting,feeding and feeding,the work can be completed by only one person,and the waste rely on their own gravity feeding,the operator to deal with a single packet of waste time from 20 min to min,significantly reducing the operator's workload and improve the feeding efficiency.
