摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机牵引部扭矩限制功能的实际效果,以MG450/1030型采煤机为研究对象,针对以往基于破断原理的扭矩限制器实用性较差的问题,提出一种基于打滑来限制扭矩的扭矩限制器结构,并对该扭矩限制器的整体结构与各部件进行详细的结构参数设计。从仿真分析结果来看,该采煤机牵引部扭矩限制器能够在扭矩过大时迅速执行限制扭矩的相应动作,且稳定性较高,因此预计该扭矩限制器在今后的煤矿开采工作中也将具有潜在应用价值。In order to further improve the practical effect of the torque limiter function of the haulage section of the coal mining machine,taking the MG450/1030 coal mining machine as the research object,and aiming at the previous torque limiter based on the principle of breaking the practicality of the problem is poor,a torque limiter structure based on the slippage to limit the torque is put forward,and a detailed structural parameter design is carried out for the overall structure of the torque limiter and the various parts of the torque limiter.From the results of simulation analysis,the torque limiter of the haulage section of the coal mining machine is able to perform the torque limiting action quickly when the torque is too large,and the stability is high,so it is expected that the torque limiter will also have potential application value in the future coal mining work.
