摘 要:为进一步探究煤粉的高效输送方案,结合选煤厂对煤粉输送的实际需求,通过运动学分析方法确定设计一种面向煤粉输送的水平式螺旋输送机,对该螺旋输送机的螺杆、螺筒等关键部件的结构参数进行详细的优化设计,最后对该螺旋输送机基本性能进行测试。从试验测试结果来看,该煤粉螺旋输送机整体性能较为稳定,此次设计方案较具可行性。In order to further explore the efficient conveying solution for coal powder,the article combines the actual demand for coal powder conveying in coal processing plant,firstly,through the kinematic analysis method to determine the design of a horizontal screw conveyor for coal powder conveying,and then carry out the detailed optimisation design of the structural parameters of the screw,screw cylinder and other key components of this screw conveyor;finally,the basic performance of the screw conveyor is tested.From the experimental test results,the overall performance of the coal powder screw conveyor is more stable,indicating that the design is more feasible.
