减速器行星传动系统齿形的优化研究

摘  要:为了提升RV-150型减速器在运动时的传动特性,利用三维建模软件建立了该减速器行星轮系的三维模型,然后利用ANSYS仿真分析软件对行星传动机构在运行时的动态啮合规律进行了分析。根据分析结果针对性地提出了输入轴齿轮和行星轮的齿形优化方案,根据实际应用表明,在优化后能够显著地降低减速器行星传动系统工作时的等效和加速度特性,为减速器行星传动系统的优化提供了参考。In order to improve the transmission characteristics of rv-150 reducer in motion,three-dimensional modelling software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the planetary wheel system of the reducer,and then ANSYS simulation and analysis software was used to analyse the dynamic meshing law of the planetary transmission mechanism during operation.According to the results of the analysis of the input shaft gear and the planetary wheel tooth shape optimisation scheme,according to the practical application shows that after optimisation can significantly reduce the equivalent and acceleration characteristics of the gearbox planetary drive system work,for the optimisation of the gearbox planetary drive system provides a reference.
