摘 要:为提高LM56.3_3S型水泥立式磨机的运行效率和安全性,以该型号磨机的关键部件下摇臂为研究对象,基于SolidWorks软件进行仿真模型的构建,并利用有限元分析方法对其静力学性能进行分析。分析结果显示,下摇臂在最大应力值达到34 MPa的情况下,其应力分布相对均匀,且远低于材料的许用应力极限,预示着结构设计的合理性。同时,下摇臂的最大位移仅为1.374 mm,安全系数高达7.05,明显高于常规设计要求的安全系数。这一结果表明,下摇臂的结构设计不仅合理,而且在安全性方面有较大的保障。最终通过科学的优化分析方法提升了设备的耐用性及可靠性,对立式磨机整体性能的提升起到了承上启下的作用。将优化的设备应用在实际生产中,实现了矿渣粉磨项目的高效安装和稳定运行,促进了莱钢循环经济的发展,展现了良好的应用效果和经济效益。In order to improve the operation efficiency and safety of LM56.3_3S cement vertical mill,the lower rocker arm,which is a key component of the mill,is taken as the research object,and the simulation model is constructed based on Solidworks software,and its static mechanical performance is analyzed by using the finite element analysis method,and the results show that,the stress distribution of the lower rocker arm is relatively uniform and far below the permissible material stress,even though the maximum stress value reaches 34 MPa.The results show that the stress distribution of the lower rocker arm is relatively uniform at the maximum stress value of 34 MPa,and it is far below the permissible stress limit of the material,which predicts the rationality of the structural design.Meanwhile,the maximum displacement of the lower rocker arm is only 1.374 mm,with a safety factor of 7.05,which is significantly higher than the safety factor required by conventional design.This result indicates that the structural design of the lower rocker arm is not only reasonable,but also has a greater guarantee in terms of safety.Ultimately,the durability and reliability of the equipment is improved through the scientific optimization analysis method,which plays a role in the improvement of the overall performance of the vertical mill.The application of the above analysis results in actual production has realized the efficient installation and stable operation of the slag grinding project,promoted the development of Lai Steel's circular economy,and demonstrated good application results and economic benefits.
