摘 要:为了解决某电厂超临界汽轮机组增压风机在运行时振动大、影响设备运行稳定性的异常,利用振动传感器对风机运行时的特性进行分析,发现转子平衡状态异常是导致风机运行时振动大的主要因素。在对风机进行清灰处理的基础上针对性地提出了精密高速动平衡调节方案,将风机运行时的总振幅降低了64.1%以上,有效地提升了风机运行稳定性。In order to solve the anomaly that the booster fan of supercritical steam turbine unit of a power plant vibrates greatly during operation and affects the stability of equipment operation,the characteristics of the fan during operation are analysed by using vibration sensors,and it is found that an abnormal state of rotor balance is the main factor leading to the high vibration of the fan during operation.On the basis of ash cleaning treatment for the fan,a precision and high-speed dynamic balancing adjustment programme was proposed,which reduced the total amplitude of the fan during operation by more than 64.1%and effectively improved the stability of fan operation.
