摘  要:为了提升掘进机截割头使用寿命,以EBZ260H掘进机为例,基于有限元分析的截割头截齿排列优化。利用Pro/E与ABAQUS软件构建掘进机与煤岩的有限元模型,进而以此为基础,分别从横切与钻进两个工况出发,模拟分析了掘进机截割头各截齿的受力情况,以此为截割头截齿排列优化设计提供支持,在提升掘进机截割效率的同时,降低整个截割头的损伤概率。In order to improve the service life of the cutting head of the TBM,taking EBZ260H TBM as an example,the cutting head gear arrangement optimization based on finite element analysis was carried out.First of all,the finite element model of TBM and coal rock was constructed by using ProE and ABAQUS software.Based on this,the stress conditions of each cutter of TBM cutter head were simulated and analyzed respectively from two working conditions of crosscutting and drilling,so as to provide support for the optimization design of cutter head gear arrangement.While improving the cutting efficiency of TBM,Reduces the chance of damage to the entire cutting head.
