摘  要:以MG200/500-WD装煤机为研究对象,提出了一种基于参数改进的井下双滚筒装煤机性能优化方法。利用PFC3D软件构建装煤机离散元模型,分析滚筒转速、滚筒间距和装载角度等参数,再进一步根据实际工况,调整及验证双滚筒装煤机模型的有效性。研究结果表明,前滚筒和后滚筒转速从35~50 r/min时,三种粒径颗粒过抛率平均提升1.4%和34.5%。转速从62~65 r/min过程中,前滚筒装煤效率和牵引速度成正比;后滚筒装煤效率和牵引速度成反比。因此研究所构建的双滚筒仿真模型,可考虑真实工况进行参数调整及优化,提升装煤效率的同时保证低能耗,为井下开采提供安全经济的解决方案。Taking MG200/500-WD coal loader as the research object,a performance optimization method for underground double drum coal loader based on parameter improvement is proposed.Using PFC3D software to construct a discrete element model of the coal loader,analyze parameters such as drum speed,drum spacing,and loading angle,and further adjust and verify the effectiveness of the dual drum coal loader model based on actual working conditions.The research results show that when the rotation speed of the front and rear drums is increased from 35r/min to 50r/min,the average over throwing rate of the three particle sizes increases by 1.4%and 34.5%,respectively.During the process of increasing the speed from 62r/min to 65r/min,the coal loading efficiency of the front drum is directly proportional to the traction speed;The coal loading efficiency of the rear drum is inversely proportional to the traction speed.Therefore,the double drum simulation model constructed by the research institute can consider real working conditions for parameter adjustment and optimization,improve coal loading efficiency while ensuring low energy consumption,and provide a safe and economical solution for underground mining.
