摘 要:以SGZ880/800型刮板输送机的中部槽结构为研究对象,在对刮板输送机与中部槽结构进行概述的基础上,利用UG和EDEM软件构建了仿真模型,得出中板结构随着时间延长,磨损量快速增加,且不同区域磨损量存在很大差异。参考蜣螂背板的凹坑结构,对中板表面进行仿生耐磨优化设计,确定了5个关键结构参数,分析发现优化后的磨损量比优化前降低了22.14%。将耐磨优化后的中部槽结构应用到工程实践中,经1年时间的现场验证,达到了预期效果,可以为企业创造很好的经济效益。Taking the middle trough structure of SGZ880/800 scraper conveyor as the research object,based on the overview of the scraper conveyor and the middle trough structure,the simulation model was constructed by using UG and EDEM software,and it was concluded that the wear of the middle plate structure increases rapidly with the prolongation of time,and there is a great difference in the amount of wear in different areas.Referring to the pit structure of the dung beetle back plate,the bionic wear-resistant optimised design of the middle plate surface was carried out,and five key structural parameters were identified,and the analysis found that the optimised wear amount was reduced by 22.14%compared with the pre-optimised one.The wear-resistant optimised middle groove structure is applied to engineering practice,and after 1 year's on-site verification,it has achieved the expected effect and can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
