摘 要:为降低棉花产业链前端的残膜吸入率,提高棉花产品质量,以CP690型号采棉机为研究对象,基于流体力学理论对其进行深入研究,首先构建采棉机配套残膜阻隔装置进风部件模型,并对气幕成型喷嘴进行优化设计分析。经过分析发现,对气幕成型喷嘴结构进行梯形优化改进,射流气幕稳定性与均匀性得到显著提升。将优化后结构应用在实际生产中,取得良好效果,气幕成型喷嘴1和2的风速速度值分布在8.00~9.82 m/s和9.18~9.40 m/s区间,喷嘴射流气幕的稳定性和均匀性表现优异,具有较好的经济价值。In order to reduce the residual film inhalation rate at the front end of the cotton industry chain and improve the quality of cotton products,the CP690 model cotton picker is the object of study,based on the theory of fluid dynamics to carry out in-depth research on it,first of all,to build the model of residual film blocking device inlet parts of the matching cotton picker and the optimisation of the design of the air curtain nozzle analysis.After analysis,it is found that the trapezoidal optimisation of the air curtain forming nozzle structure is improved,and the stability and uniformity of the jet air curtain is significantly improved.Applying the above results in actual production,good results were achieved,and the wind speed velocity values of air curtain forming nozzles 1 and 2 were distributed in the range of 8.00~9.82 m/s and 9.18~9.40 m/s,and the stability and uniformity of the nozzle jet air curtains were excellent,which had a good economic value.
