摘 要:针对镇城底矿副立井翻车机运行时存在的钢结构本体易出现裂纹、翻车动作易出现卡顿的问题,对翻车机从机械结构、控制装置两方面进行改造。调整三大梁的结构尺寸、加劲肋、支座位置、增加护轮装置;升级控制装置控制器、实现主、备整流或者逆变模块无缝、快速切换。应用分析结果表明:改造后的副立井翻车机未出现裂纹、断裂以及卡顿现象,提升了翻车机的运行安全系数和连续运行能力,社会和经济效益明显。In view of the problem that the steel structure of the auxiliary shaft dumper of Zhenchengdi Mine is prone to cracks and the dumping action is prone to jamming during operation,the dumper is modified from two aspects:mechanical structure and control device.The structural dimensions,stiffening ribs,and support positions of the three main beams are adjusted,and wheel guards are added;the control device controller is upgraded to achieve seamless and rapid switching of the main/standby rectifier or inverter module.Finally,application analysis is performed.The analysis results show that the modified auxiliary shaft dumper has no cracks,fractures,or jamming,which improves the safety factor and continuous operation capability of the dumper,and has obvious social and economic benefits.
