摘 要:为深入探究板式换热器综合性能提升方法,以某厂家生产的Y5f型号板片为研究对象,结合仿真分析方法对板片结构优化设计进行研究,首先确定板式换热器板片结构基本情况,随后分析板式换热器板片结构优化设计模型。经过分析发现,传统的板片导流区结构具有一定的结构缺陷,而六孔式板式换热器板片在多方面都有显著的优势效果,可以提升流场分布均匀性与结构强度,具有较高的研发应用价值。In order to explore the comprehensive performance improvement method of plate heat exchanger,the Y5f type plate produced by a manufacturer is taken as the research object,combined with the simulation analysis method to simulate the optimal design of plate structure,firstly,to determine the basic structure of plate heat exchanger plate structure,and then to analyse the optimal design model of plate heat exchanger plate structure,and then to analyse the traditional structure of the plate deflector area with certain structural defects.After analysis,it is found that the traditional plate deflector zone structure has certain structural defects,and the six-hole plate heat exchanger plate has significant advantages in various aspects,which improves the uniformity of flow distribution and structural strength,and has high R&D and application value.
