矿用皮带机转载点防堵装置的设计及应用分析

摘  要:针对皮带机转载点易出现黏煤和大块矸石卡堵现象,存在严重影响皮带机安全稳定高效运行的问题,为有效解决上述问题,基于皮带机转载点现存的主要卡堵形态,针对性地提出了具体的解决方案,并结合这些解决方案,重点设计了一种皮带机转载点防堵装置,且为该装置布设了远程控制系统。经应用测试发现:应用该皮带机转载点防堵装置后,皮带机转载点不再出现卡堵问题,且该装置能实现远程控制,无需再配备皮带机转载点现场值守人员,该装置的应用促进了皮带机运行的减人增效,达到了较好的应用效果。For the belt conveyor transfer point is prone to sticky coal and large gangue jamming phenomenon,there is a serious impact on the safe,stable and efficient operation of the belt conveyor,in order to effectively solve the above problems,based on the belt conveyor transfer point of the existing main jamming pattern,targeted at the specific solutions,and combined with these solutions,focus on the design of a belt conveyor transfer point blockage prevention device,and for the device to be deployed for the remote control system.control system.After the application test found that:the application of the belt conveyor transfer point anti-blocking device,the belt conveyor transfer point no longer jamming problems,and the device can achieve remote control,without the need to provide the belt conveyor transfer point on-site personnel,the application of the device to promote the operation of the belt conveyor manpower efficiency,to achieve a better application results.
