摘 要:为了解决刮板输送机运行过程中中部槽、刮板链的磨损严重的问题,对中部槽进行优化设计,通过在中部槽中板位置上增加装配槽,在装配槽上放置MC尼龙材料制作的减磨条降低结构磨损问题,并对优化后的组合中部槽在物料重力作用下及采煤机作用下的强度进行分析,发现优化后的结构降低的强度不会影响中部槽正常使用,所以能够满足物料正常运输时的强度要求,优化设计方案可行。In order to solve the problem of serious wear and tear of the central trough and scraper chain during the operation of scraper conveyor,the central trough is optimized,and the structural wear is reduced by increasing the assembly groove in the position of the central trough and placing the wear-reducing strips made of MC nylon on the assembly groove,and the optimized combination of the central trough is analysed in terms of strength under the effect of gravity of the material and the effect of the coal mining machine,and the optimized structure is found to reduce strength without affecting the normal use of the central trough,so it can meet the normal transport of the material.It is found that the reduced strength of the optimised structure will not affect the normal use of the central chute,so it can meet the strength requirements of normal material transport,and the optimised design scheme is feasible.
