摘  要:为解决贮烟梗过程工艺路径长的问题,通过优化工艺路径,设计虚拟贮梗柜,优化制烟丝的生产路径,开发了一种一级贮梗和二级贮梗均兼容的双模式梗处理工艺模式,生产过程可以根据工艺要求进行自动控制,为制丝线技术升级探索出宝贵的经验,具有一定的推广借鉴价值。结果表明:贮梗时间缩短,工序生产用时减少;产品的工艺质量得到了提升;创造了一定的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of long technological path in the process of storing stem,the virtual container was designed by optimizing the technological path,and the production path of cut tobacco was optimized,a dual-mode stem treatment process mode compatible with both primary and secondary stem storage was developed.The process can be freely selected according to the process requirements,it has certain value of popularization and reference.The results show that:the time of storing stem is shortened and the time of working procedure is reduced;the technological quality of products is improved;certain economic benefits are created.
