摘 要:为进一步提升煤矿液压支架控制水平,结合煤矿液压支架系统实际情况,构建以Linux系统为中心的多层级煤矿液压支架电液控制系统基本架构,并以此为基础,结合电液控制阀运行原理,对系统控制的关键流程要点进行详细设计,以明确系统控制率和自适应率,确保电液控制系统的智能化运行。从试验结果来看,此系统能够实现对推移油缸的精准定位控制功能,位置误差不超过3 mm,表明该系统在今后的液压支架智能控制领域将具有潜在的应用价值。In order to further improve the control level of hydraulic support in coal mine,based on the actual situation of hydraulic support system in coal mine,this paper constructs the basic architecture of multi-level electro-hydraulic control system of coal mine hydraulic support with Linux system as the center.On this basis,combined with the operation principle of electro-hydraulic control valve,the key process points of system control are designed in detail to clarify the system control rate and adaptive rate.Ensure the intelligent operation of the electro-hydraulic control system.From the experimental test results,the system can realize the precise positioning control function of the pushing cylinder,the position error is not more than 3mm,indicating that the system will have potential application value in the field of intelligent control of hydraulic support in the future.
