摘 要:根据采煤机滚筒的工作原理及动态特性,构建了滚筒调高机构数学模型,在模糊比例-积分-微分(PID)控制算法中融入了偏差-环形耦合控制策略,实现了综采面采煤机双滚筒在复杂工况下的高精度同步调高控制。试验结果显示,采用控制策略的采煤机双滚筒在调高过程中展现出极高的同步性,双滚筒的位移变化曲线极为平滑,未观察到任何显著的抖动现象,为采煤作业的高效与安全提供了有力保障。According to the working principle and dynamic characteristics of the drum of the coal mining machine,a mathematical model of the drum height adjustment mechanism is constructed,and a deviation-ring coupling control strategy is integrated into the fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control algorithm to achieve high-precision and synchronous height adjustment control of double drums of the coal mining machine at the face of the comprehensive mining in the complex working conditions.The experimental results show that the double drums of the coal miner with the control strategy show high synchronisation during the height adjustment process,and the displacement curves of the double drums are extremely smooth without any significant jitter phenomenon,which provides a strong guarantee for the high efficiency and safety of the coal mining operation.
