摘 要:为进一步提升煤矿井下机电设备故障在线监测能力水平,以煤矿井下通风机设备故障监测为研究对象,结合井下噪声影响较为显著的情况,从降噪处理、故障监测和故障分类三个角度着手,详细探讨了煤矿井下机电设备故障在线监测声学处理技术方案设计。从仿真测试结果来看,该处理技术方案能够完成预期目标,预计在今后的煤矿通风设备故障监测环节将具有潜在应用价值。In order to further improve the online monitoring ability of mechanical and electrical equipment in underground coal mine,taking fault monitoring of ventilator equipment in underground coal mine as the research object,combined with the significant influence of underground noise,the acoustic treatment technical scheme design of online monitoring of mechanical and electrical equipment in underground coal mine was discussed in detail from three perspectives:noise reduction processing,fault monitoring and fault classification.According to the results of simulation test,the treatment technology scheme can achieve the expected goal,and it is expected to have potential application value in the future fault monitoring of coal mine ventilation equipment.
