摘 要:在煤矿井下支护中,借助传统的气动锚杆钻机进行锚网索支护时,存在支护效率及安全性问题,实际扭矩力无法满足支护需要。为此,在某矿的机电管理中,决定引进CMM2-18Y型矿用锚杆液压钻车,并开展车辆功能性概述。从钻车应用环境、巷道支护参数、车辆布置、作业流程、整车操控顺序等方面进行钻车使用分析,设备整体具有可靠性。经过实践,钻车需要进行前部支撑护顶板、电气操作控制系统等部件的改动,以期可以提高围岩支护质量,满足矿企高质量生产的需要。In the underground support of coal mines,when the anchor network cable support is carried out with the help of traditional pneumatic anchor drilling rig,there are problems of support efficiency and safety,and the actual torque force cannot meet the support needs.For this reason,in the electromechanical management of a mine,the decision was made to introduce the CMM2-18Y mining anchor hydraulic drilling truck and carry out an overview of vehicle functionality.From the drilling car application environment,roadway support parameters,vehicle layout,operating procedures,the whole vehicle handling sequence,etc.to analyse the use of the drilling car,the equipment as a whole has reliability.After practice,the drill truck needs to make changes to the front support roof protection plate,electrical operation and control system and other components,in order to improve the quality of the perimeter rock support and meet the needs of high-quality production of mining enterprises.
