摘　　要：为提高焦炉车辆自动控制水平,基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)原理,将PLC技术应用于推焦车和拦焦车的控制系统中。结果表明,应用PLC技术后,7号、8号焦炉系统推焦车每灶台的动作时间优化至405 s,提升了10%的作业效率。In order to improve the automatic control level of coke oven vehicles,based on the principle of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),the components of coke oven special PLC system are analysed,and the PLC technology is applied to the control system of coke oven pushers and coke stoppers.The results show that after the application of PLC technology,the action time of the coke pushing car of No.7 and No.8 coke oven system per stove is optimised to 405s,which improves the operation efficiency by 10%.
