摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会对新时代工会工作提出的新使命是展现进一步全面深化改革的政治担当、坚定进一步全面深化改革的政治立场、明确进一步全面深化改革的政治方向、坚持进一步全面深化改革的政治原则;提出的新要求是坚持党的全面领导、加强职工思想政治工作、用心用情做好维权服务工作、推动构建和谐劳动关系、有效发挥党联系职工群众的桥梁纽带作用;提出的新任务是坚持党的全心全意依靠工人阶级的根本方针、广泛深入开展各种形式的劳动和技能竞赛、大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神、培养造就更多大国工匠和高技能人才、巩固党长期执政的阶级基础和群众基础。The 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session proposed new missions for trade union work in the new era,emphasizing the political responsibility of further deepening reforms,strengthening political positions,clari-fying political directions,and adhering to political principles.The new requirements include upholding the CPC's com-prehensive leadership,reinforcing ideological and political work among employees,offering dedicated legal protection services,fostering harmonious labor relations,and effectively serving as a bridge between the CPC and the workforce.The newly assigned tasks also focus on unwaveringly relying on the working class,organizing various forms of labor and skills competitions,vigorously promoting the spirit of model workers,labor,and craftsmanship,cultivating more high-caliber craftsmen and skilled professionals,and strengthening CPC's mass foundation for long-term governance.
