新时代以来我国工会政策的主题挖掘与分析——基于LDA主题模型

摘　　要：政策是在实施国家意志过程中的具体实践和行动体现。采用Python语言构建LDA模型,对工会系统内部政策与工会系统参与党政机关政策的主题特征和演化强度进行分析,揭示新时代工会工作的重点,可以为下一步工会工作高质量发展提供一定参考。我国工会工作遵循习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述的根本方向,以实际工作不断深化自身职能,主要通过活动与宣传等形式与党政机关展开合作,在特定领域取得了显著成效,也注意到政策在不同领域间的覆盖存在不均衡现象。未来应从“服务于职工群众对美好生活的向往”“基于劳动者需求驱动”“大抓基层的鲜明导向”“强化政治认同、职业认同及情感认同”着手,推动工会工作质效再提升。Policy is a concrete manifestation of national will in the implementation process.This study uses the Py⁃thon programming language to construct an LDA model to analyze the thematic characteristics and evolution intensity of policies within the trade union system and the policies involving party and government agencies.The aim is to reveal the key areas of trade union work in the new era,which can provide valuable insights for the future high-quality development of trade union activities.The work of trade unions in China follows the fundamental direction outlined by General Secre⁃tary Xi Jinping on the working class and trade union work.It continuously deepens its functions through practical activi⁃ties,mainly by collaborating with party and government agencies through activities and propaganda,achieving remark⁃able results in specific fields.However,there is an imbalance in policy coverage across different sectors.In the future,trade union work should focus on"serving workers'aspirations for a better life,""driven by workers'needs,""highlight⁃ing a strong grassroots-oriented approach,"and"strengthening political,professional,and emotional identification,"to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of trade union work.
