摘 要:矿用刮板输送机是矿井机械技术领域的重要设备,在输送过程中,输送的煤料并不会完全卸料,部分煤料会跟随刮板从输送机的下方重新回到尾部产生回煤现象。为了减小回煤现象对输送效果所产生的不利影响,文中设计了一种矿用刮板输送机的回煤清理装置,并用EDEM软件进行离散元仿真。由不同回煤量的仿真结果表明,即便当矿用刮板输送机的回煤率达到50%时,回煤清理装置仍然能够完成清理任务,不会出现煤料的堆积。研究结果也能为回煤清理装置实现工程化应用提供理论支持,并为后续矿用刮板输送机其他方面的研究提供参考。The mine scraper conveyor is a crucial piece of equipment in the field of mining machinery.During the conveying process,it is common for coal to not be completely discharged,with some remnants following the scraper from the lower part of the conveyor to the tail.This phenomenon is known as“coal returning,”which can adversely affect the conveying efficiency and overall performance of the system.To mitigate the negative impact of coal returning,a coal return cleaning device for the mine scraper conveyor has been designed.Discrete element method(DEM)simulations were conducted using the EDEM software to evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning device under various conditions.Simulation results indicate that even when the coal return rate reaches 50%,the cleaning device can still successfully complete the cleaning task without any accumulation of coal.This research provides valuable theoretical support for the engineering application of the coal return cleaning device and offers insights for further studies on other aspects of mine scraper conveyors.
