摘 要:在复杂的机械系统中,通过经验法或试错法寻找最优设计结构存在一定困难,使用数值优化方法能够快速经济的找到最佳设计方案。文中针对起重机吊臂连杆机构采用BOBYQA方法进行数值优化,保证起重机吊臂连杆机构在恶劣的工作循环情况下,减少承载特定的有效载荷所需要的液压缸推力。数值优化结果表明:经过优化起重机吊臂液压缸推力最大值由413 kN降低到382 kN,降低了31%,优化了起重机起重量、伸缩臂的长度以及动臂液压缸承受的压力关系。In complex mechanical systems,identifying the optimal design structure through empirical methods or trialand-error approaches is often challenging.In contrast,numerical optimization methods offer a more rapid and costeffective means of discovering the optimal design scheme.In this research,the BOBYQA method was adopted to optimize the crane boom linkage to ensure that the linkage can reduce the hydraulic cylinder thrust required to carry a specific payload,particularly under adverse working conditions.According to numerical optimization results,after optimization,the maximum thrust of the crane boom hydraulic cylinder was significantly reduced from 413 kN to 382 kN,representing a decrease of approximately 7.5%.Additionally,the relationship between the crane’s lifting capacity,the length of the telescopic boom,and the pressure exerted on the boom hydraulic cylinder had been optimized.
