摘  要:依据360 MN垂直挤压机同步控制对压力同步性与位移同步性的要求,构建了适用于工程应用与过控分析的挤压机多缸同步的几何模型,建立了主缸速度设定与主缸速度及对应泵组排量的量化关系,和主缸压力变化下主缸速度变化及对应泵组排量泵变化的量化关系。在原有位移主从同步控制策略基础上,提出了位移压力协同同等同步控制策略。研究结果表明,导致目前主缸挤压不同步的主要原因为个别缸位移信号不可靠;选用并加入缸压闭环控制,间接提高了位移信号的有效性。挤压试验及实际生产验证了改进的位移压力耦合同步控制策略改善了主缸压力同步性与位移同步性,提升了挤压运行稳定性,提高了挤压质量。Based on the requirements of pressure synchronization and displacement synchronization for synchronous control of 360 MN vertical extruder,a geometric model of multi-cylinder synchronization for extruder suitable for engineering applications and overload control analysis was constructed,and the quantitative relationship of master cylinder speed setting with main cylinder speed and corresponding pump group displacement,as well as the quantitative relationship between main cylinder speed change and corresponding pump group displacement change under the main cylinder pressure change were established,respectively.Then,based on the existing displacement main-slave synchronous control strategy,a displacement-pressure synergistic and synchronous control strategy was proposed.The results show that the main reason for the current asynchronous extrusion of the main cylinders is that the displacement signals of individual cylinders are unreliable.The selection and addition of cylinder pressure closed-loop control indirectly improve the effectiveness of the displacement signal.The extrusion tests and actual production verify that the improved displacement-pressure coupling synchronization control strategy improve the pressure and displacement synchronization of main cylinders and the extrusion operational stability,which improves the extrusion quality.
