摘  要:旨在通过优化钢丝缠绕预紧多层组合重型挤压筒层间配合方式,达到降低挤压筒装配制造难度的目的。首先,基于等剪应力缠绕方法,通过理论计算设计了一种规格的钢丝缠绕预紧挤压筒的整体结构。其次,采用有限元数值模拟方法,系统分析了内衬和中衬之间不同过盈量或者间隙量对钢丝缠绕预应力挤压筒的应力状态和承载能力的影响,提出了一种基于钢丝缠绕预紧的多层间隙装配挤压筒的设计方法,明确了预紧系数与内、中衬配合量之间的函数关系。该设计方法既降低了组合筒的加工和装配难度,又保证了挤压筒的预应力状态。最后,经实际生产考核,证实了这种基于钢丝缠绕预紧的多层间隙装配挤压筒设计方法的可靠性。It aims to reduce the difficulty of assembly and manufacturing for the prestressed wire wound heavy-duty extrusion cylinder with multi-layer combination by optimizing the interlayer matching mode of cylinder.Firstly,according to the constant shear stress winding method,the overall structure of a type of pre-stressed wire wound extrusion cylinder with multi-layer clearance assembly was designed by using theoretical calculation.Then,the influences of different interference amounts or clearance amounts between inner and middle cylinders on the stress state and bearing capacity of the prestressed wire wound extrusion cylinder with multi-layer clearance assembly were analyzed by using the finite element numerical simulation method.A design method of multi-layer clearance-assembled extrusion cylinder based on prestressed wire winding was proposed,and the functional relationship between the prestressed coefficient and the matching amount between inner and middle cylinders was clarified.This method can not only lower the manufacturing and assembly difficulty of composite cylinder,but also ensure the prestressed state of the extrusion cylinder.Finally,the actual production tests demonstrate the reliability of the design method for the prestressed wire wound extrusion cylinder with multi-layer clearance assembly.
