摘 要:重型缠绕挤压筒为多层筒组合结构,最内层的内衬为工作部位,外衬缠绕预应力钢丝,是大口径难变形合金管件热挤压工艺中的关键模具工装。挤压筒长期使用后内衬出现裂纹失效,针对传统的拆解修复方法再制造成本高、周期长的问题,使用有限元模拟的方法进行了预应力缠绕挤压筒高效更换内衬的可行性分析,提出了将新内衬压入失效的挤压筒内的压装修复再制造新方法。利用3.6万吨垂直挤压机压装,新内衬与挤压筒中衬的过盈量为0.63 mm时,测得压装力为4030 t,修复的挤压筒挤压无缝钢管3000支后仍处于正常状态,验证了挤压筒再制造技术的可行性。As a key die tooling in the hot extrusion process of large-diameter difficult-to-deform alloy pipes,the heavy-duty wire-wound extrusion cylinder has a multi-layer combined structure,where the innermost liner is the working component and the outer cylinder is reinforced with pre-stressed steel wires.Crack failure occurred in the inner liner of the extrusion cylinder after long-term use.For the problems of high cost and extended downtime associated with the conventional disassembly-based repair methods,an innovative press-fit remanufacturing methodology,which involved pressing a new inner liner into the failed extrusion cylinder,was developed.Finite element simulation was employed to validate the feasibility of efficient liner replacement in pre-stressed wire-wound extrusion cylinder.Press-fitting was conducted using a 36,000-ton vertical extrusion press,where a pressing force of 4,030 ton was measured under an interference amount of 0.63 mm between the new inner liner and the middle liner of extrusion cylinder.The remanufactured extrusion cylinder remained fully operational after extruding 2,000 seamless steel pipes,which confirmed the feasibility of remanufacturing technology for the extrusion cylinder.
