摘　　要：针对先进超超临界发电机组用Sanicro25大口径厚壁无缝钢管的需求,内蒙古北方重工业集团有限公司利用3.6万吨垂直挤压机试制了规格为Ф500 mm×Ф335 mm×3000 mm的大口径厚壁钢管,钢管表面质量良好。大口径厚壁钢管试样经温度为1180℃、时间分别分别为30和60 min的固溶处理后的综合性能均较佳,性能指标相当,屈服强度分别347.5和345.5 MPa,抗拉强度分别为735和730 MPa,冲击功分别为110和102 J,晶粒度分别为4.5和4.0级,力学性能超出了小口径管标准的要求。大口径厚壁管的纵向力学性能和冲击性能达到了交货态小口径管的水平,但横纵向冲击性能相差较大,主要原因是钢管挤压后沿纵向纤维方向的抗裂纹扩展能力更强。For the demand for large-diameter thick-walled seamless pipes of Sanicro25 steel for advaced ultra supercritical units(USC),a trial production of large-diameter thick-walled pipes with the specifications ofФ500 mm×Ф335 mm×3000 mm was conducted by Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group Corp.Ltd.using a 36,000-ton vertical extruder.The surface quality of the steel pipes was excellent.Specimens extracted from the large-diameter thick-walled steel pipes were subjected to solution treatment at 1180℃for 30 and 60 min respenctively,both of which demonstrated favorable comprehensive properties.Comparable performance indicators were achieved,including the yield strengths of 347.5 and 345.5 MPa,the tensile strengths of 735 and 730 MPa,the impact energies of 110 and 102 J,and the grain sizes of 4.5 and 4.0 grades.The mechanical properties exceed the requirements specified for small-diameter pipe standards.The longitudinal mechanical properties and impact property of the large-diameter thick-walled pipes matched those of as-delivered smalldiameter pipes.However,a significant discrepancy was observed between transverse and longitudinal impact properties,which was attributed to the enhanced crack propagation resistance along the longitudinal fiber direction in steel pipe after extrusion.
