中青年脑肿瘤术后患者主要照顾者家庭弹性现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中青年脑肿瘤术后患者主要照顾者家庭弹性现状及其影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年11月-2023年12月我院就诊的201例中青年脑肿瘤术后患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、家庭弹性评定量表、家庭适应性量表、照顾者负担量表进行调查,影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果201名中青年脑肿瘤术后患者主要照顾者家庭弹性评定量表得分为96.00(92.50,101.50)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,照顾者性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、家庭适应性量表总分、照顾者负担量表总分为中青年脑肿瘤术后患者主要照顾者家庭弹性的影响因素,可解释40.6%的总变异。结论中青年脑肿瘤术后患者主要照顾者家庭弹性处于中等水平,并受性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、家庭适应性、照顾负担的影响。医护人员应根据不同的影响因素采取个体化的护理干预,提升主要照顾者的家庭弹性水平。Objective To explore the present situation and influencing factors of family resilience of primary caregivers of young and middle-aged patients with brain tumor after operation,and to provide reference for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,201 primary caregivers of young and middle-aged patients with brain tumor after surgery who visited our hospital from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Family Resilience Rating Scale,Family Adaptability Scale and Caregiver Burden Scale were used for investigation.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The mean score of family resilience for the main caregivers of 201 young and middle-aged patients with brain tumors after surgery was 96.00(92.50,101.50).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education level,monthly family income,family adaptability and care burden were the influencing factors of family resilience of the main caregivers of young and middle-aged patients with brain tumors after surgery,explaining 40.6%of the total variation.Conclusion The family resilience of primary caregivers of young and middle-aged patients with brain tumor after surgery is at a medium level and it is influenced by gender,education level,per capita monthly family income,family adaptability,and caregiving burden.Medical staff should adopt individualized nursing interventions according to different influencing factors to improve the level of family resilience among primary caregivers.
