摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者自我报告结局现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年8月-2024年1月宁夏回族自治区某二级甲等综合医院心血管内科的患者155例作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和冠心病患者自我报告结局量表(CHD-PRO)进行调查,影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果冠心病患者CHD-PRO总分为(62.80±9.20)分,其中社会环境领域得分最高(76.26±9.32),独立性领域得分最低(48.00±18.14)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,既往史、吸烟史、社会活动参与、因冠心病入院次数是患者自我报告结局的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者的自我报告结局水平有待提高,医护人员应根据影响因素给予精准干预,改善患者临床结局和生活质量。Objective To explore the status of self-reported outcomes and its influencing factors in Coronary Artery Disease patients.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,155 patients from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of a second-class A general hospital in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from August 2023 to January 2024 were selected.The general data questionnaire and the self-reported outcome scale for patients with coronary heart disease were used for the survey,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The CHD-PRO total score was(62.80±9.20).Among them,the social environment field had the highest score(76.26±9.32),while the independence field had the lowest score(48.00±18.14).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that past smoking history,participation in social activities,and the number of admissions for coronary heart disease(CHD)were influencing factors for patients'self-reported outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of self-reported outcomes of CHD patients needs to be improved.Medical staff should provide precise interventions according to the influencing factors toimprove their clinical outcomes and quality of life.
