摘  要:目的研究儿童下呼吸道细菌感染患者微量元素与PCT的相关性。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月在绵阳市中心医院就诊的儿童,将具有下呼吸道细菌感染的患儿60例作为感染组,将同期体检的76名健康儿童作为对照组,比较两组PCT及微量元素水平。利用Spearman秩和相关性分析PCT水平与微量元素之间的相关性。分析PCT与微量元素在不同细菌中的表达差异。结果感染组PCT明显高于对照组,Zn、Fe、Se明显低于对照组。感染组中Ca与PCT呈显著负相关。在不同细菌感染中,PCT的水平在铜绿假单胞菌与肺炎链球菌组、铜绿假单胞菌与金黄色葡萄球菌组、肺炎链球菌与其他细菌组、金黄色葡萄球菌与其他细菌组中差异具有统计学意义。结论临床可通过监测血清PCT及微量元素Zn、Fe、Se水平预测儿童下呼吸道细菌感染的发生。在儿童的下呼吸道感染时,Ca与PCT可能存在相互作用,且在不同细菌感染中,PCT的水平不同对于判断细菌感染类型具有一定的鉴别作用。Objective To study the correlation between trace elements and PCT in children with lower respiratory tract bacterial infection.Methods Children who were treated at Mianyang Central Hospital from May,2019 to May,2022 were selected for the study.60 children with lower respiratory tract bacterial infection were selected as the infection group,while 76 healthy children examined during the same period as the control group.The levels of PCT and trace elements were compared between the two groups.Spearman rank sum correlation analysis was applied to investigate the correlation between PCT and trace elements.The expression differences of PCT and trace elements in different bacteria were analyzed.Results The results showed that the PCT in the infection group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while Zn,Fe,and Se were significantly lower than that in the control group.There was a significant negative correlation between Ca and PCT in the infection group.Among different bacterial infections,there were significant differences in the content of PCT between Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus pneumoniae,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumoniae and other bacterial groups,and Staphylococcus aureus and other bacterial groups.Conclusion Clinical monitoring of serum PCT and trace element levels of Zn,Fe,and Se can better predict the occurrence of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection in children.In children with lower respiratory tract infection,there could be an interaction between Ca and PCT,and the content of PCT varies among different bacterial infections,which indicates a certain discriminatory effect on determining the type of bacterial infections.
