摘 要:目的探讨成年女性甲状腺激素随年龄增长变化趋势及季节性变化特征。方法回顾性研究。调取北京中医药大学东方学院附属黄骅博爱医院2021年1月至2022年12月健康体检成年女性游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))和促甲状腺激素(TSH)数据,分析不同年龄、不同季节及不同年龄随季节FT_(4)、FT_(3)和TSH差异及变化趋势。结果FT_(3)、FT_(4)在春与夏、秋与冬差异无统计学意义,但春夏季与秋冬季差异有统计学意义,并有逐渐升高趋势;TSH在春夏秋冬四季差异无统计学意义。FT_(3)各年龄段差异有统计学意义,并随着年龄增长呈明显降低趋势;FT_(4)在18~39岁差异无统计学意义,随着年龄增长各年龄段间差异有统计学意义,并随着年龄增长逐渐升高;TSH在18~39岁、40~65岁及以上年龄段差异无统计学意义,但18~29岁与40岁以上差异有统计学意义。各年龄段随着季节变化不同:18~29岁女性FT_(3)四季差异有统计学意义,并有逐渐升高趋势,FT_(4)春与夏、秋与冬差异无统计学意义,但春夏与秋冬差异有统计学意义;30~39岁FT_(3)春、夏差异无统计学意义,但与秋冬差异有统计学意义,并有逐渐升高趋势,FT_(4)春与夏、秋与冬差异无统计学意义,但春夏与秋冬差异有统计学意义;40~49岁FT_(3)四季差异有统计学意义,并有逐渐升高趋势,FT_(4)春与夏、秋与冬差异无统计学意义,但春夏与秋冬季差异有统计学意义;50~64岁FT_(3)春与夏差异无统计学意义,秋、冬季差异有统计学意义,随着季节变化有逐渐下降趋势,FT_(4)仅冬季与春、夏、秋季差异有统计学意义;65岁以上FT_(3)四季差异无统计学意义,FT_(4)春与夏、秋与冬季差异无统计学意义,但春夏与秋冬差异有统计学意义。结论年龄明显影响成年女性FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平,随着年龄增长FT_(3)下降明显、FT_(4)逐渐升高趋势,TSH变化不明显。季节对TSH无影响,FObjective To explore the trends and seasonal variations of thyroid hormones in adult women with aging process.Methods An observation study was conducted using data on free thyroxine(FT_(4)),free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in adult women who underwent health check-ups at Huanghua Boai Hospital Affiliated to Dongfang College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January,2021 to December,2022.We analyzed the trend variations in FT_(4)and FT_(3)and TSH at different ages,in different seasons,and with aging and season changes.Results There was no significant difference in FT_(3)and FT_(4)between spring with summer and autumn with winter,but there was a significant difference between spring and summer with autumn and winter,with a gradual increase trend.There was no significant difference in TSH levels annually.There was a significant difference in FT_(3)levels among different age groups,and FT_(3)levels gradually decreased with age increasing.There was no significant difference in FT_(4)levels between individuals aged 18 to 39.However,as age increasing,significant differences emerged among different age groups,with FT_(4)levels gradually rising with age.There was no significant difference in TSH levels among individuals aged 18-39 with 40-65 years old,but there was a significant difference between individuals aged 18-29 with those over 40 years old.The levels of FT_(3)in women aged 18-29 years old varied with the seasons,showing a gradual increase trend.There was no significant difference in FT_(4)between spring with summer and autumn with winter,but there was a significant difference between spring and summer with autumn and winter.There was no significant difference in FT_(3)between spring with summer for individuals aged 30-39,but there was a significant difference between autumn with winter,and with a gradual increase trend.There was no significant difference in FT_(4)between spring with summer,autumn with winter,but there was a significant difference between spring and su
