摘 要:为减少省道改扩建工程中,由于拼接处理不好出现的一系列质量问题,以605省道改扩建工程为依托,首先阐述了不同工况下常用的关键技术及重难点,如堆载预压、水泥搅拌桩及高压旋喷桩等,再以高填方工况为例,进行数值分析,采用水泥搅拌桩处理后,工后沉降由17.7 cm降低到6.7 cm,减沉效果显著,并对运营期间沉降进行监测,证实了拼接方案的合理,最后给出路基拼接的几点建议。In order to reduce a series of quality problems caused by poor splicing processing in provincial road reconstruction and expansion projects,based on the 605 provincial road reconstruction and expansion project,this paper first elaborates on the key technologies and key difficulties commonly used under different working conditions,such as preloading,cement mixing piles,and high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles.Then,taking the high fill working condition as an example,numerical analysis is carried out.After using cement mixing piles for treatment,the post construction settlement is reduced from 17.7 cm to 6.7 cm,and the settlement reduction effect is significant.The settlement during operation is monitored to confirm the rationality of the splicing scheme.Finally,several suggestions for roadbed splicing are given.
