摘  要:针对传统沥青铣刨料利用率低的问题,依托南京G312改扩建工程项目,在分析基于机械油石分离技术、沥青铣刨料技术特点的基础上,提出了细沥青铣刨料应用在水稳稳定碎石基层和粗沥青铣刨料应用在AC-20 C沥青混合料中的综合利用方案。细沥青铣刨料由于具有富油的特征,用在水泥稳定碎石中能够在满足强度要求情况下提升水泥稳定碎石的温缩与干缩性能,平均干缩系数均降低11%左右,平均温缩系数降低59%;粗沥青铣刨料用在AC-20 C沥青混合料中可以降低0.1%的油石比,同时相较于常规AC-20沥青混合料在高温稳定性上表现相当,水稳定性、低温抗裂性等性能有所下降,但仍能满足设计要求。In response to the low utilization rate of traditional asphalt milling materials,based on the Nanjing G312 renovation and expansion project,a comprehensive utilization plan for fine asphalt milling materials applied to water stable crushed stone base and coarse asphalt milling materials applied to AC-20 C asphalt mixture is proposed after analyzing the technical characteristics of asphalt milling materials based on mechanical oil stone separation technology.Fine asphalt milling material,due to its oil-rich characteristics,can be used in cement stabilized crushed stone to improve its thermal and dry shrinkage performance while meeting strength requirements.The average dry shrinkage coefficient is reduced by about 11%,and the average thermal shrinkage coefficient is reduced by 59%;The use of coarse asphalt milling material in AC-20 C asphalt mixture can reduce the oil stone ratio by 0.1%.At the same time,compared with conventional AC-20 asphalt mixture,it performs similarly in high temperature stability,but its water stability,low temperature crack resistance and other properties have decreased,but it still meets the design requirements.
