摘  要:为探究带转向块的预应力碳纤维板张拉过程中预应力摩阻损失情况,以不同摩擦介质及转向块数量为研究对象,开展预应力张拉试验。研究结果表明:(1)在带转向块的预应力碳纤维板张拉过程中时,碳纤维板与摩擦介质之间摩擦力随着张拉力的增大而增大,但预应力损失率逐渐减小;(2)当张拉力达到100 kN时,四氟板、黄油、塑料纸、钢板的摩擦损失率依次为3.89%、3.95%、3.98%、4.12%,以四氟板作为摩擦介质,其预应力损失最小。(3)转向块个数对预应力损失率的影响不大,较大的张拉应力会提高碳纤维板应力损失率。In order to investigate the loss of prestressed friction resistance in the tensioning process of prestressed carbon fiber plate with steering block,the prestressed tension test was carried out with different friction media and the number of steering block as research objects.The results show that:(1)During the tensioning process of the prestressed carbon fiber plate with steering block,the friction force between the carbon fiber plate and the friction medium increases with the increase of the tensile force,but the prestressed loss rate decreases gradually;(2)When the tensile force reaches 100 kN,the friction loss rate of tetrafluoroplate,butter,plastic paper,steel plate is 3.89%,3.95%,3.98%,4.12%,with tetrafluoroplate as the friction medium,the prestress loss is the least.(3)The number of steering blocks has little effect on the prestress loss rate,and the larger tensile stress will increase the stress loss rate of carbon fiber plate.
