基础设施项目推进城乡融合耦合协调度研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：本研究以福建省为例,采用熵权法构建城乡融合的量化指标体系,对福建省及各市区的城乡耦合协调度进行测算和特征分析,结合地理探测器与固定效应模型,有效提炼出关键影响因素,探讨基础设施项目对城乡融合发展水平的影响。研究表明:①从时间维度看,福建省从2010-2022年的耦合协调度由轻度失调状态稳步上升至中度协调;②从空间维度看,福建省以福州、厦门为核心,对周边地区产生了显著的辐射效应,城乡融合水平呈现出稳步提高的趋势;③基础设施项目对城乡融合发展产生直接的正面影响,并可通过多维度对其产生间接促进作用;④基础设施建设对产业结构、城乡收入差距、城乡消费差距、人居环境状况以及工业废气排放量等方面均产生了显著影响。This study takes Fujian Province as an example and uses the entropy weight method to construct a quantitative indicator system for urban-rural integration.The coupling coordination degree between urban and rural areas in Fujian Province and various urban areas is measured and analyzed,and key influencing factors are effectively extracted by combining geographic detectors and fixed effects models.The impact of infrastructure projects on the level of urban-rural integration development is explored.Research shows that:①From a temporal perspective,the coupling coordination degree in Fujian Province has steadily increased from a mild imbalance state to a moderate coordination degree from 2010 to 2022;②From a spatial perspective,Fujian Province,with Fuzhou and Xiamen as its core,has had a significant radiating effect on surrounding areas,and the level of urban-rural integration has shown a steady upward trend;③Infrastructure projects have a direct positive impact on the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and indirectly promote their development through multidimensional channels;④Infrastructure construction has had a significant impact on industrial structure,urban-rural income gap,urban-rural consumption gap,living environment conditions,and industrial waste gas emissions.
