混杂纤维对护坦混凝土性能的影响及增强机理研究

摘  要:研究了聚丙烯纤维的体积掺量(0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%)、钢纤维的类型(端钩型、铣销型)和体积掺量(0、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%)对泥石流护坦混凝土抗压、抗冻和抗冲磨性能的影响,分析了端钩型钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的混杂效果,并进行了微观机理分析。结果表明:与单掺聚丙烯纤维相比,单掺钢纤维对护坦混凝土抗压强度的提高效果较好,且端钩型钢纤维的提高效果更好,其最佳掺量为1.2%;相对单掺,混掺适量端钩型钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维能有效提高护坦混凝土的抗压、抗冻和抗冲磨性能,推荐两者的混掺比例为1.2%和0.15%。The effects of the volume content(0,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20%)of polypropylene fiber,the type(end hook type,milling pin type)and the volume content(0,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5%)of steel fiber on the compressive,frost resistance,and abrasion resistance of apron concrete for debris flow were investigated.The hybrid effect of end hooked steel fiber and polypropylene fiber was analyzed,and the micro mechanism was analyzed.The results show that compared with the individual addition of polypropylene fiber,the individual addition of steel fiber has a better effect on improving the compressive strength of apron concrete,especially the improvement effect of end hooked steel fiber,with an optimal content of 1.2%.Compared to individual addition,mixing an appropriate content of end hooked steel fiber and polypropylene fiber can effectively improve the compressive,frost resistance,and abrasion resistance of apron concrete.The recommended mixing ratio of end hooked steel fiber and polypropylene fiber is 1.2%and 0.15%,respectively.
