基于图像处理技术的橡胶改性水泥砂浆性能研究

摘  要:通过L9(34)正交试验研究了羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)掺量(0.005%、0.010%、0.020%)、PP纤维掺量(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)、消泡剂掺量(0.02%、0.04%、0.06%)和粉煤灰掺量(10%、20%、30%)对橡胶改性水泥砂浆流动度、抗压强度的影响,并基于图像处理技术分析了其匀质性。结果表明:各因素对砂浆流动度影响效果的大小顺序为粉煤灰掺量>消泡剂掺量>HPMC掺量>PP纤维掺量;对28 d抗压强度影响效果的大小顺序为HPMC掺量>粉煤灰掺量>消泡剂掺量>PP纤维掺量;对匀质性影响效果的大小顺序为HPMC掺量>消泡剂掺量>粉煤灰掺量>PP纤维掺量。The effects of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)content(0.005%,0.010%,0.020%),PP fiber content(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%),defoamer content(0.02%,0.04%,0.06%),and fly ash content(10%,20%,and 30%)on the fluidity,compressive strength of the rubber modified cement mortar were investigated by L9(34)orthogonal tests,and uniformity was analyzed based on image processing technology.The results show that,the effect of various factors on the fluidity of rubber mortar is ranked as follows:fly ash content>defoamer content>HPMC content>PP fiber content,the effect on the 28 d compressive strength is ranked as follows:HPMC content>fly ash content>defoamer content>PP fiber content,and the effect on the uniformity is ranked as follows:HPMC content>defoamer content>fly ash content>PP fiber content.
