摘　　要：目的我国食管癌患者占全球一半以上,系统的专科诊治与积极的康复治疗对提高临床疗效及患者生活质量有很大作用。本文通过查阅2021年1月至2023年12月国内外学者发表的关于食管癌患者康复治疗相关文献,汇总了针对食管癌患者失能的各种康复治疗与评估技术、预康复理念下的围手术期干预、出院前整体评估与宣教、全周期干预策略及实施途径等内容。同时,多元强化、三元联动模式使得食管癌患者康复干预逐步由单一的功能问题向活动层面和社会参与层面转变,为食管癌患者的康复治疗提供可靠依据,使更多患者受益。More than half of the world’s esophageal cancer patients are in China,systematic specialized diagnosis and active rehabilitation treatment play a significant role in improving clinical efficacy and quality of life.This article reviewed literature on rehabilitation treatment for esophageal cancer patients published by domestic and foreign scholars from January 2021 to December 2023.It summarized various rehabilitation treatment methods and evaluation techniques for esophageal cancer patients with disability,perioperative interventions under the concept of pre-rehabilitation,overall evaluation and education before discharge,and full cycle intervention strategies and implementation approaches.At the same time,the diversified reinforcement and triple linkage model have gradually transformed the rehabilitation intervention for esophageal cancer patients from a single functional issue to activity level and social participation level,providing reliable rehabilitation intervention basis for the patients with esophageal cancer and benefiting more patients.
